California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA)
IPMCA is a small, privately held business-to-business manufacturer. Based on our current operations, we do not meet the revenue, data volume, or data-sharing thresholds that trigger CCPA/CPRA obligations for a “covered business.” However, as a matter of policy:
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- California residents who have submitted information through our Website may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of that information, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
If our business circumstances change and we become a covered business under the CCPA/CPRA, we will update this Policy and provide the required disclosures at that time.
Shine the Light
California Civil Code section 1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information for direct marketing purposes, and this right therefore does not apply to our current practices.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page and post the updated Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Website after a material change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
