From complex multi-axis machining, high precision turning to welded components, we have the expertise to perform your manufacturing and assembly needs. Our temperature controlled inspection department provides the means to insure your parts meet your criteria. Inspection results and certificate of compliance are available upon request.
Our core competency is machining complex, difficult material such as stainless steel and titanium. Independence Precision Machining, LLC utilizes the latest CNC technologies which includes 20'' by 40'' vertical milling capability and turning up to 30'' diameters. Our new Makino A61 Horizontal Machining Center allows us to machine at extremely high feedrates with full 4th axis capability and multiple pallets for production machining. Our CNC machines are driven by Gibbs cad cam software, which is compatible with most Engineering software and enables us to accurately and efficiently produce your parts. We have the knowledge and expertise to fabricate welded components, which are also certifiable to your specifications.
